About

September 1, 2014:

Updated ‘About Me’:

It has been almost two years since I created this section so this section certainly needed an update. Writing is my passion and that is what I do here on this blog. I write about everything, whether it be Nature, Love, Hate, Relationships, Humans, Personal Life (where I discuss lessons learnt through real-life experiences), Food, Philosophy (sometimes) and much more. I write in any form whether it be Prose or Poetry. I am in search of ‘Myself’, hence there is not much I can tell you about me. Perhaps, I have a very brilliant idea. Why don’t you come along with me on my journey? I will always care to share and you can also enjoy the ride.

For now, this is it. I am ‘ME’ – a wanderer in search of a fulfilling life. Until next time, Love Living Life!

I express my sincere gratitude to all my Readers!

-Naima

June 24, 2012:

This is Naima, a 17 year old gal who spends her time studying (for good grades and getting into the desired university) , reading, writing, blogging and debating. Writing is my hobby. I started this journey of writing at the age of 8 when all I was supposed to write was my daily routine over and over again. I try to personalize my thoughts in the most unique way to leave an ever lasting impression by discussing either deep or philosophical thoughts with my tender poetic touch. Poetry is the soul to my writing skills and I rather prefer to write verses and stanzas on the behalf of prose. According to me, poetry is a symbolic language where every other person perceives an ultimate different meaning of the written content and that is how one thought is manipulated into many others simultaneously.

I firmly believe in the existence of Almighty and that is evidently seen in my work repeatedly. I have been blogging since  2 years through different websites and have been a freelance writer too for a short period of time in the past. (for an experience only) I consider this world to be a transitory abode and us to be the pilgrims, where our souls are sustaining the suffocation and awaiting the call for freedom! Everything is sacred in its own way, depends on the perception from person to person.

THE GLOBAL UNISON! It conveys the message of my heart. The message of the ever green souls rekindled and thriving to attain the ecstasy in unity. This is a NEW AGE OF PERFECTION! The imperfect PERFECTION where efforts help you to join hands and spread the word of unity, where your flaws make you happy and you welcome the corrections with a broad smile. This is my WORLD! A world that can be presented with Morality, Humanity, Unity and Philosophy.

Do check out my blog and stay tuned . Thank you.

thanks for liking my poetry. much appreciated.

  7. Hi Naima,
I enjoyed your poem Save Me! I too have been journalling since an early age like you. I started at 7 to make sense of my confusing beloved world and still do so to this day, at 57. I am also a blogger. I blog about my caregiver, hospice journey with my mother who is 91. I never thought I would be the one to do this with her because our differences caused much misunderstanding and pain over the years. Being with her the past three years has been one of the greatest healing experiences of my life. I wish you all the best and look forward to reading more.

In the belief of all that is possible,
    Beth from middlescapes

    • Firstly THANK YOU so very much for having a time to write such a beautiful comment for me Beth, it is one of the best I have ever received. I love to know people and their life history as all of the information ultimately brings you the knowledge to experience the same life with a wider frame view as to experience something new you have not known before. Sharing is one great quality. Giving ain’t an easy thing and when people gives me and my blog time, it is worth more than any awards and compliments. I can relate to the story, my mother and me at times also got tangled in many misunderstandings but at end of the day MUM IS MUM! I always believed in working out things before its too late. I have no idea from where did this passion of writing aroused in me because none of my parents are on the literal side of the world and hence I thank ALMIGHTY solely for the creativity.
I would love to read and hear about the healing experiences with your mum. Definitely visiting and following your blog 🙂
      Love,
      -Naima.

      • Thank you for following my blog Naima, you have made my day! Everything from this moment on is a bonus. It makes doing this a little less scary knowing there are others with such wonderful hearts a long for the ride.
        z

      • Likewise Beth. You made this day ever shining. I found a soul which is like a sister soul to me. I am blessed to have found you. Will certainly be reading you more often now 🙂
        -Naima.

      • Likewise. It is amazing to me how the blogging experience reaches and enables the exact people it is meant to, and the merely curious or passing through keep to steppin’. Glad we are hear. Look forward to hearing more of your thoughts. Would you ever consider guest blogging???

      • Hey sweetheart! Great to hear from you again. I was missing up on you and was thinking about you often. I always love people sharing their experiences with me, that helps me to strive for much knowledge to attain the depth in my personality in order to have a broader view of things and clear perspective regarding LIFE itself.
I would surely consider guest blogging cheerfully and happily Beth. Take care and keep smiling love ❤
        Much love to you,
        -Naima.

  14. Naima,
I was researching the Sisterhood of the World Blogger Award and dead ended at Jodi Ambrose’s site where you had given her the award at the end of May.

Through some intuitive Googling and comment reading, I was able to find you here. Would you by chance still have the link or know which blog gave you the award to begin with?

By the way, from what I can see you’ve done an amazing job with your blog. I’m going to follow you so I don’t loose it. Hopefully, I’ll get some time to really look through it soon.

    Blessings,
    Kina

  29. Loved your blog. I am not yet through with every post of yours but so far whatever i have read, I have really enjoyed reading it. Its not been much time since I have started blogging but I have to say that out of all the blogs I have been to, yours is one of the best.
The most beautiful part of your blog is that you write with great simplicity and elegance. I have always liked reading beautiful lines that convey meaning and are not just full of decorative words. Your writing style is beautiful.
Its not often that one visits a blog and promises oneself to read every post coming from that blog even if one ‘follows’ that very blog. But here I would really like to read every post in the future. Maybe it’s because I can relate most of your words. Really, We do have a lot in common, the most significant being the passion for writing.

    And yes,
I am sorry that I took this big space of your blog for this comment. 😀

    Keep writing 🙂
    -Dolly

    • Thank you so very much for such an encouraging and motivating comment. It made my day!! Thank you for being so kind and appreciative, we don’t see plenty of that kind of specie on Earth anymore 😀

To be fair, what little poetry I read of yours, I was very impressed as well and that’s why I followed you back! Thank you for reading my work and for finding my blog. I am delighted to hear that you can relate to my work, this is a very great news for any writer when he/she can be felt just like the emotions. Also, its great to know that we have our passion for writing in common — that puts us on the same track!

I thank you once again with a big-warm-cyber-hug for being so genuine, Dolly! And yes, no sorry — take as much space as you want, I’d love to talk to an amazing soul like you!!

      Much love and blessings,
      -Naima

Hey Naima i wish i could because i really want to thank you in person for all the likes and appreciation on my blog. So I went through yours in curiosity. But got confused which one should i compliment more because none deserves to be left out. I have a funny feeling that we are of same age or age group. My birth year is 1994. Still i want to tell you here itself i love your blog with all my heart and soul and yeah it does make me emotional about you, when you tell about your tragedies. I confess to you that i feel for you. I am glad we met and will be good friends from now on.

    • Okay, you guessed it right — 1994 it is!
Your blog was lovely and I look forward to read a lot more of your posts in the future. Thank you for stopping by and following me. It means a lot and I truly appreciate it.
      Much love,
      -Naima
