Day 23: Your Dream Job

I am a very career-oriented woman and I will love to be a professional working woman one day but my dream job might not have the very same idea of professionalism.

My dream job is to be a novel writer/writer. I want to travel around the world and feed on inspiration to write. I don’t want to be some genius like Dan Brown. Instead, I want to scribble down stories of people that we don’t pay quite an importance to but they are heroes of today. I want to be able to tell people what is reality with a pinch of fairy-tale-pepper (only because it exists).

So yeah, that’s it for this post. I can’t believe it’s Day 23 already for this challenge!

Until next time, Live, Love, Inspire & (don’t forget to) Smile. Believe in yourself and you can conquer all your fears.

Forever Fantasy

He talks about a Forever,
I cannot define,
He talks about a Forever,
That cannot be mine,
He talks about a Forever,
That cannot reach the Finish-line,
He talks about a Forever,
A teaser like an old wine.

He talks about a Forever,
The one with a celebration,
He talks about a Forever,
The one with no foundation,
He talks about a Forever,
The one with a limited duration,
He talks about a Forever,
The life long temptation.

He talks about a Forever,
Nothing as such a fairy tale,
He talks about a Forever,
A fantasy when it’s described in detail,
He talks about a Forever,
I yearn to see one day,
He talks about a Forever,
A dreamy world for his eternal stay.

He talks about a Forever,
One that lives the age of our kiss,
He talks about a Forever,
A survival which is all about bliss,
He talks about a Forever,
One that is hard to resist,
He talks about a Forever,
A Forever where water and fire co-exist.

His forever can last a second or two,
Sometimes, not even a day get passed through,
He cradles me in his arms and I know this to be true,
His forever is our present, may it be an eternity or this passing view.

Filling In The Spaces -IV-

IMG_2931

You are my fairy tale and I can’t live you enough — my ‘happily ever after’.

N: I am scared of having the security of your arms and then losing it all over again. May be for a short while or may be ‘Forever’.
A: What’s with you and ‘Forever’?
N: Do you believe in Fairy-tales?
A: In books, yes.
N: What about reality?
A: It’s not impossible but it’s nearly impossible.
N: Well that’s my relationship with ‘Forever’. It’s an impossible that can be made possible. Only with you.
A: Don’t forget that I may have taken over your world but you were unable to conquer mine.

Day 2: 20 Facts About Me

So its Day 2 for the ‘Blogging Challenge’ and here we go with the 20 facts about me (I hope there’s no repetition of Introduction from the last post):

10656412_10203620270601340_1821983670_n-520x245

1) I am a very loving person. So loving that I don’t think I have the capability to hate or hurt anybody because I can’t stop caring for ‘others’ regardless of their attitude towards me.

2) I am a helpless romantic. It’s all about fairy-tales and happy endings in my book. Everything has to end well or otherwise its not the end!

3) ‘Expect the best and prepare for the worst’. For me, it’s the rule of life. I always expect too much of everything and from everyone (not really sure if I prepare for the worst though).

4) I am all about sincerity and loyalty although I am usually taken advantage of for the little I can/do offer.

5) I have a bad temper.

6) I am quite possessive but I never express it. Although I don’t get possessive about everything, it has to reach a certain level for me to have that sense of ownership to feel the ‘possessiveness’.

7) I will always sacrifice even with/for the wrong person, I seem to think that it’s my responsibility to play the greater part in every role of life.

8) I can forgive in an instant but it will take me an eternity to forget.

9) I tend to depend more on good memories which is a good thing and a bad thing.

10) I am not fond of make up or fashion but I prefer to look presentable (I don’t like shopping at all).

11) I am very particular about hygiene that sometimes I feel like I might have developed Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

12) A good cologne can catch me anywhere and anytime.

13) I don’t talk a lot (reserved but not shy) but it’s taken for me being arrogant, stuck-up, rude and proud.

14) Girls seem to stare at me a lot and run away from me, the reason has always been a mystery.

15) I always learn a lesson the hard way.

16) I want to be a bestseller author one day or an award-winning screenwriter (I want to be known for my writing).

17) I am a loud person but only those close to me (very close) will know.

18) Lately, I have been developing love for dark (‘darkness’).

19) I have a passion for learning to dance, sing and play guitar. I feel like a pop-star and that’s why I dance and sing around the house regardless but I’d love to be trained one day and become a rock-star for real (may be just for my mirror).

20) I am very self-assured and well-aware of my strengths and weaknesses. Although, it’s taken for me being self-obsessed.

Until tomorrow, Live, Love, Inspire & (don’t forget to) Smile. Believe in yourself and you can conquer all your fears.

Summer 1969 (Part I)

311815_329160573842072_804425102_n

Remember the summer of 1969?
He can’t get her face out of his mind,
The gleaming eyes and her smile so divine,
At the age of 17, love was kind,
Their love was innocent so were their hearts,
Nothing was right or wrong,
However the passion to master the art,
The art to love and to be loved lifelong,

Behind the trees,
Beneath the stars,
They held hands,
They vowed never to be apart,
Life is time,
They tried to rhyme,
And there they were,
Savoring love,
With the burning scars.

Can they forget the Summer 1969?
Delights of the young love re-defined,
Cherishing each other every single day,
Young love evaded the uncertainty on its way,
For them, love was a fairy-tale what everybody say,
The story of Cinderella, Snow-white or any other princess,
Where happily-ever-afters were never to decay,
Their naive vision has to be flawless,
Without realization, they were offered solace,
Life was brutal and now they knew,
Challenges may pursue their motives,
However, the flame of love would get them through,

Behind the trees,
Beneath the stars,
They held hands,
They vowed never to be apart,
Life is time,
They tried to rhyme,
And there they were,
Savoring love,
With the burning scars.

To Be Continued…

Immortality

fountain_tree_of_life

Once upon a time, I believed in Magic
When life was at its best to escape the tragic
When dreams were lived in the reality
When humankind was charged for its brutality

Once upon a time, I believed in Life
When I discovered the path to my soul
When I realized I could rock and roll
When I fondly cherished my every goal

Once upon a time, I believed in Love
When I glared at the stars in the sky above
When I persuaded myself to endeavor the nature
When I saw my life’s very first dove

Once upon a time, I believed in You
When ‘Y’ were your dreams
When ‘O’ were our obsessions
When ‘U’ considered ultimately yourself

But now, I believe in myself
I believe in the fairy-tale to reveal itself
I believe in the strength of love to overtake my reality
I believe to sow seeds of magic and embrace immortality

Fairy tales and US!

We all can always see the castle of happiness at some distance!

Once upon a time and a fairy tale starts;
Life painted with love – correlation of two hearts.

An innocent princess trapped by the evil forces;
However her fine character pursues love and its courses.

The villain of the story is proud and heartless;
Torturing and tormenting the princess – his behavior never artless.

Patience, tolerance and love represent the flawless princess;
Waiting on her prince charming – seeking the clue for his access.

Beautiful princess is then spell bounded or caught in trouble;
The world vanishes from her sight and is captured in a bubble.

The villain’s pleased to harm the lovely princess and her virtuous character;
Before it’s too late, the prince appears to fight the evil and claim her for life and after.

Good always triumphs over evil, they say;
Life’s complex but nothing can defeat the sunshine’s ray.

The prince defeats the villain and makes the princess his forever;
They fondle and kiss each other – a new journey they begin to endeavor.

Every fairy tale is “HAPPILY EVER AFTER”;
How can they never cry and always treasure the smiles and laughter?

I’m grown up and it’s my children’s time to adore these tales,
There is no end to villains even if I dig up on all the details.

There is no happily ever after – ups and downs are part of life,
Cherish each other’s differences and adore your spouses whether it’s your husband or wife.
