My Super–Human

Watching you,
From the corner of my eyes,
Baby, you’re so perfect,
I can’t describe,
For you,
I’d walk a thousand miles,
Pretending like,
It’s always alright,
Don’t come any closer,
Don’t smile or grin,
Don’t be such a good poser,
Don’t pretend like we are a sin,
Don’t be so cold-blooded,
Don’t blame it all on me,
‘Cause,
I have known this after all these years,
You’re not even human,
When you cry without tears,
You’re not even human,
When all you do is not care.

Infinity stops short,
It watches you play the harmonica,
Baby, the sound of your voice,
Every time I hear you,
It makes me weak in the knees,
When you hold my hand to kiss my finger-tips,
I feel nothing but thousands of butterflies in my stomach,
I’d give it all up for you,
Pretending like,
It’s always alright,
Don’t make the same mistake again,
Don’t make me fall out of love,
Don’t be such a pain,
Don’t pretend like it’s us you want to get rid of,
Don’t be so cruel,
Don’t blame it all on me,
‘Cause,
I have known this after all these years,
You’re not even human,
When you cry without tears,
You’re not even human,
When all you do is not care.

Downfall

You and your lies,
Denial and dejection,
The master of disguise,
Love and affection,
Did you ever realize?
You were my idea of perfection,
Was it much of a surprise?
That you were my life’s direction,
Hope and compromise,
You became an infection,
I was high on you,
You became my reflection,
I inhaled you,
The ecstasy grew,
You were my one last wish,
I begged you from you,
You were my one last prayer,
I pleaded for this to be true,
Love and lust,
I tried it all,
Believe and trust,
The invisible cold wall,
You were a sensation.
One that needed to rust,
A pile of emotions,
Left unconsidered and undiscussed,
You melted like ice,
In the palm of my hands,
You walked away,
With your own plans,
One day, when you’ll have nothing at all,
Remind yourself of our downfall.

Summer 1969 (Part I)

Remember the summer of 1969?
He can’t get her face out of his mind,
The gleaming eyes and her smile so divine,
At the age of 17, love was kind,
Their love was innocent so were their hearts,
Nothing was right or wrong,
However the passion to master the art,
The art to love and to be loved lifelong,

Behind the trees,
Beneath the stars,
They held hands,
They vowed never to be apart,
Life is time,
They tried to rhyme,
And there they were,
Savoring love,
With the burning scars.

Can they forget the Summer 1969?
Delights of the young love re-defined,
Cherishing each other every single day,
Young love evaded the uncertainty on its way,
For them, love was a fairy-tale what everybody say,
The story of Cinderella, Snow-white or any other princess,
Where happily-ever-afters were never to decay,
Their naive vision has to be flawless,
Without realization, they were offered solace,
Life was brutal and now they knew,
Challenges may pursue their motives,
However, the flame of love would get them through,

Behind the trees,
Beneath the stars,
They held hands,
They vowed never to be apart,
Life is time,
They tried to rhyme,
And there they were,
Savoring love,
With the burning scars.

Betrayal (Part I)

Note: Since I was going through some of my old creations today, I thought of sharing this one of my heart-felt poetry which I wrote for my friend for her quick recovery after an awful accident that changed the course fo her life. This BALLAD will be divided into various parts as I am not in the will to post it without the element of curiosity. I have posted it before too on my old blog but many of my new friends haven’t been entertained so here you go with the first part – if you have read so re-enjoy and for fresh readers, *fingers crossed* (hope you like it).

Sometimes, my eye can betray me as well.

Whenever I think of you

I feel on me the dew

My hands sweat

My eyes become wet

Seeking around, finding someone

Who promised to be always by my side in the long run

I am struggling and fighting to recognize his voice

Lusting for the touch of his hands, smell of his body or my choice

My memories inundated with him only

Thus he left me forlorn and utterly lonely

He promised to build me the fountain of happiness

Money paid no heed, I loved his struggle effortless

He assured and reassured how he loved me the most

His confessions false, his existence reminiscent of a ghost

I was folly to think how he was the ONLY ONE for me

The reckless cheeriness and his ways responsible for my glee

One day he turned to me like a rock

Almost numb, my mindset shock

I wondered at his condition that day

My hand resting on his, consoling him to tell what he ought to say

He hesitated to proclaim his disappearance forever soon

He walked away leaving me under the blood dripping dark moon

Beyond The Horizon

Rise with the SUN everyday with new HOPE! Hope is a motivational FORCE!

Every second I dream to dream,
Days of joy preserved, but it seems.
The heavenly body scattered as golden streams,
Illuminating the world with its endless beams.

No wonders, if it shone lastly,
Playing hide and seek, as it does deliberately.
Dressed in a yellow garb, clad in orange blazers virtuously,
Stroking the soil, departing hastily.

Feeble hands tracing its path,
Thou gallant chivalrous grin that lasts.
Rising from the heavens with the tender warmth,
Pacing its way beyond the thoughts, indeed so fast.

Enwrapped in the gracious vesture of gold,
Benevolent and malicious at once in a mold.
Turning breathless in eventide, gradually losing the hold,
Unfolding the secrets of dark and cold.

The glorious illumination executed by thee,
Offending the obscurity, pursuing the glee.
Commemorating the incarnation, dangers flee,
Rejoicing the existence of another day to be.

Eccentric Voyage Of Life

The feather thus soft, though caresses me hard,
My life is short but the expedition of million yards.

My body’s burly, how about its strength?
Come; get in my shoes to sense the weariness in length.

Rather I supplicate pardon at your doors, my Lord,
My attire’s worn out, my body gashed, stabbing my sins with your sword.

My blood is yellow as that of piddle,
Flowing to signify my sins, concealed as a riddle.

Why am I not apprehending my fault?
Why am I succumbing in this fatal vault?

Halter of a stallion, clasped in my hands,
As fast as I ride, endeavoring to conquer the productive lands.

My dreams are shallow, my heart bears a dark hole,
My soul persuades me to accomplish the past of my role.

My conjectures fail, defeat embraces me in a glance,
However I desire to see the colossal tower for my lost radiance.

Abiding the affliction, my bleeding feet propels the ground back,
The road is smooth but the audacity I lack.

Peace cuddles my soul, love sows new seeds,
Almighty is here to secure me, blessing me with the wisdom of His creed.

My lips are parched, my gaze standstill,
Is this The Glory Of Life I seek everywhere- desserts, forests and hills?

The body slackens its burden, I’m in trance,
Presence of my Almighty, craving every single opportunity for His glance.

My soul enlightens accounting the Heavens,
His commands are my constitution, His contentment my goal.

The Union Carriers

WE ARE ONE” – the voice conquers the WORLD

Wrecked remains of a colossal mass,
Animals slaughtered in the fields grazing grass.
Hearts captive in a fist, ALAS,
A short expedition deliberated, yet to pass.

“WE ARE ONE” was their ultimate voice,
The union of strong and weak with no choice,
Applauding each other, they willingly rejoice,
Darting like arrows from bows, they hustled bustled and created noise.

They screamed out loud, they held hands,
They laughed, they giggled, they would understand,
They fought, they opposed, they gave up their lands,
They rose up high, they took a stand.

Hands clasped pretending to be barriers,
Defeated the swiftness of rivers, the UNION CARRIERS,
Thawed the glaciers, cramped the mountains, emerged as the gallant warriors,
Paced with the winds, illuminated like the glowing chandeliers.

One shell that destroyed their years struggle,
One hand that thrashed their lives forever.
One moment that exhaled poison to juggle,
One name that stabbed their present with the dagger.

Life’s miserable but their steps remained steadfast,
Life’s a curse but a hope of blessing at last,
Life’s a caravan but the Heaven is vast,
Life’s a conjecture, hope to revolutionize the past.

I stood weak envisaging the battlefield in words,
Tears rinsing the blood coated swords.
Almighty exists, thus no worldly Lords,
I embraced the eternal sleep, frail as a cord

Empowerment Of Women!

She rises from the ground and with her strength touches the Heavens

When your eyes open for the first time;
The hands of a woman wrap you in Thyme.

When your heart beats to make a sound,
The ears of a woman are on your chest to be found.

When your lips play with a radiant smile,
Take a glimpse of the parched lips of a woman for a while.

When your tear-filled eyes spill a drop,
This woman upholds your pain to stop.

When your comrades forget to play,
This woman clasps you in her arms and sway.

When oodles of your work is undone,
This woman stays by you until the rising sun.

When your life shuffles happiness to invite sorrow,
This woman of integrity desires to borrow.

When you are lonesome and forlorn,
There is a blissful woman with you to mourn.

This woman is your mother, sister, daughter or wife,
The existent support and comfort throughout your life.

Virtue OR Vice ^ Your Preference

For a lot more, we urge, we seek;
Exploit the fatal vault, defeat the peak.

Lust soaks the existence, gluttony swallows the veracity;
Integrity upholds the mass but the ultimate scarcity.

The trembling appearance, unable to quit the dosage of falsehood;
Steady embraces revolutionizing the evil – one last chance to all good.

Truth begins its expedition demolishing the vicious circle of malice;
Each pace to be taken vigilantly, mind and soul implies.

Hands up, hearts down, darting the mendacity with an arrow,
The heaven is evidently apparent, the only discernible independent sparrow.

One right foot ahead, vote for the world peace,
Million feet together ceases the battle field’s crease.

The bolted eyes disclosing premises, battling against evil;
Hope intoxicates the core thrashing the prevailing devil.

The globe tends to spat the trash, gaping at the sudden ambiguity;
The world proclaims a revival, a renaissance with thrashing acuity.

One pathway, one course, one role and one soul;
Stepping ahead altogether for serenity, being the first one to enroll.

The struggle fathoms the power of unison and conviction;
The flowing blood signifies the sacrifices – a merry conclusion to the crucial friction.

Enthusiasm and passion raiding the amoral of the mortals;
Exhibiting the concealed abilities in the omniscient portals.

Barbarism slackens the civilization to entrust the frailty;
Thus integrity conquers the world one day or the other – serving the penalty.

Contaminating the morality is an attempt of the atrocious and malevolent fraction;
Hence it’s worth articulating how every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
